How to change FY starting date and ending date?

hi

actually while viewing the report we have a filter option to view the reports within a particular FY(current FY, Previous FY, Next FY). Its already have a default "Starting Date" and "Ending date" from jan1 to dec31. i need to change it as "April31" to "March1st" of next year. this is the financial year that i need to set as a default according to Current FY, Previous FY, Next FY.


please help me out in this sir.

Can this be achieved through some configuration?
If not, any pointers on the files we'll need to modify to get this done?
