| It would be helpful to have a button that will turn off notificaiton of support ticket creation / updates to client. The first thing a IT guy wants to do us UL a bunch of live client data and start goofing with the system. It could be embarssing to type in test messages, and then WHAM out goes the support ticket to the client. I understand there is a codernaut workaround, but a button would be nice |

| Yes it would be nice to make the e-mail notification optional. Right now we do not link Tickets to Contacts just for this specific issue. |

| in general I think having more control over all email notifications in vtiger would be very useful |
