After restoring the Database when I restarted the machine Message comes up
"Service not started as port#81 occupied.
I am sorry. I am not able to start the product as the apache port that you have specified : port #81 seems to be occupied. "
[b]Then I followed the following steps:- [/b]
1) Opened the apache/conf/httpd.conf file, search for "listen" and change the port number from 81 to 82.
2) Change the apache port to 82 in startvtiger.bat and stopvtiger.bat too and then access the product from the browser using new port :82
[b]Then I got the following Error:-[/b]
"********* I am sorry. I am not able to start the product as the apache port that you have specified: port # 82 seems to be occupied ******* "
I also tried to manually trace and kill all the apache process to free the port by using MegaPing s/w but there was no trace of port :81 in my system...
Please advice what I am missing… |
