Hello,

Some newbie questions.

Some CRM apps, tend to manage the incoming messages from some web form.

I was wondering if vtiger allows to point a mail address directly to vtiger such as sales@ - > leads & support@ cases/support

Is such configuration possible or do I need to setup a customer portal for users to interact with cases/ tickets via web access/forms?

If mail address is possible direct to crm, how well does or could vtiger manager spam email to filter it?
What is suggested?
