Hello,
I'm new to vTiger and would like to know how to integrate custom fields to the Customer Portal. I created a new field called URL. I realize that you need to add this to the NewTicket.php under your customer portal/Tickets and that somehow the SaveTicket needs to be modified as well, but when I tried to add this I was able to post the new ticket, but the URL never showed up in the ticket; this is when I logged back in as an admin user. Can anyone help?
