We implemented vtiger last year to track software sales and software support issues when we launched our optometric practice management software to the public.
Since that time we have used vtiger in our office with pretty good success. There were some bumpy times, but overall the office has come to rely on it. After the speed increases with the release of 5.0.4 it has gained an even wider acceptance and looks like it will be our CRM for years to come. |
