Hi,

I've installed vtiger 5.0.4 on a shared hosting server, and with php 5.2.5.

When I create a new user, and then login, the screen is entirely blank.

I've searched this forum, but not found anything specific to 5.0.4 relating to this issue.

The admin account works fine. As does standarduser.

Any suggestions as to where I might begin to look for the problem?

Any help appreciated.
