- First Time Installation 5.0.4
- I run the "install.php" page in the web and the Installation check shows all passed components. The Read/Write access items all show "Writeable"
- I click the "Next" and it hangs and eventually times out.

Where can I go from here?

hi brian,

try and see if the logfile in vtigerroot/logs/vtigercrm.log says anything relevant about this...

also ,make sure you modified your php.ini to set a bigger timeout for scripts than the default value - 600 seconds is the suggested value for vtiger installation via web installer
