| Hi, everyone. Just a quick note to introduce myself. I've just found vtiger. I am reviewing my options for implementing a CRM solution for my business. I have been playing with SugarCRM but there was just something about it that didn't feel right. I just found vtiger today and have installed it and started playing with it. First impression is that I like it a lot. Of course, time will tell. My business is a very small business (2 people) and I haven't ever used a CRM solution before. Things I'm hoping to find is GMail integration (it's here), GCal or iCal integration (at least the ability to subscribe and be able to see the appointments that I set in vtiger from either GCal or iCal). I also want a customer portal so that my customers can create/view/update, etc their trouble tickets (vtiger appears to have it). So far, vtiger may be the one I'm looking for. |

I am from Richmond, VA. If your local to Richmond I'd be happy to meet up with you and talk about how Vtiger has help my business. I to only have a few employees and it has worked great for me. I've been using it since 4.x days. |
