With each sales order we need to attach a document. So far we have hundreds of sales orders and we did not have any problem. But suddenly today when we try attach a word document to a sales order it gets saved but I don't see the attachment either in the sales order or in the vtiger_attachments. It just vanishes. The size of the file is only 84 kb. Has anyone seen a similar problem . Would appreciate your help.
