Hi Fellows:
I´m having problems to upload files from the customer portal, when i look in the storage folder the files are listed there but with 0k bytes size, this problem in only from the customer portal, if i try to upload from the ticket->more information screen, every thing works fine, my server runs under windows 2003, apache 2, PHP Version 5.1.6, vtiger 5.0.4, mysql 5.0.19. any ideas on how to slve this?, or which things to look for?, i already assined permisions to the apache account in the directories, storage, smarty, cache, and user privileges
