vtiger

Hi,

I use T-bird 2.0.0.12, and I use Vtiger 5.0.4.

I have installed the mozille plug in, version 5.0.4, and it shows up in t-bird. I have configured it to the location of my crm system (which is crm.companyname.com), and I have added my username & password.

When I try to export my contact to vtiger I click on export to vtiger, and then nothing happens.

Nothing pops up, or happens and life goes on :)

Any ideas as to whats wrong?

For further info:

I have also tried using the demo site, and still nothing happens so i doubt that there is an issue with my configuration or my vtiger site.

is there a new t-bird plug in in works?

Is there some other way of importing contacts to a vtiger site, aside from using outlook? For instance, is it possible to import directly from your crm site?

since there are no replies at all, thus means little attention from the devs, are there any plugins that actually work with linux based email solutions (evolution, kontact etc)?

the thunderbird plug in is after all broken, and has been broken for a long time.
