i setup my Customer Portal (5.04) with success.
all is working.
i just want to modify the Default Welcome Email ...
it seems a little different since release 5.03
how to do that ?

Hi Citrix,
One of the easy ways to do this is to change the body part of the html in the database.
The exact table and the row to do this would be 'vtiger_emailtemplates' with templatename 'Customer Login Details' and the column to modify is 'body'.

Go to "Settings->Email Templates
and then edit the "Customer Login Details" |

Hi
Is the welcome email meant to go out auto or must we send it out manually also when i do send it out the username password and url does not show all I see is the code. Thanks for the help. |
