Hi all,
I am new in this community and would like to say hello to everyone. We are planning to implement vtiger in our company but have some doubts about it, dont know if this would be the right place to ask...
Is there any chances of filtering the out/in mail received and sent by the system so non of the sales people can contact the client straight away?, so theres a lets call it "gateway", that will be one person basically givin permission for that mail to go?
thanks.. |

Hi,
I carry most of the weight of the spanish vtigerCRM community (vtiger-spain.com). Welcome to vtigerCRM
What you are asking for cannot be done in vtigerCRM. Note that vtigerCRM "simply" gives your outgoing email to an SMTP server and picks up your incoming email from an IMAP server, so it has no IN/OUT control.
Truth is that I'm not sure there is any SMTP or similar tools out there with this type of feature. I personally have never heard of it, but I'm not very "in" on this type of thing.
