Hi all
I Would like to know these issue PLZ?
01- How customize the Customer portal (Layout and The fields Contents) ?
02- When the Customer create a new ticket. I would like to assign it automatically to the group which I assigned to him.not to all users ?
03- How to create Shared Access at Customer Portal side as in CRM side
