|
|
I am a novice and since 3 fdays I try to make Web form running and working. Below my installations:
Vtiger5 included Apache is installed on my computer at \C:\Program Files\vtigercrm5\ or as I found out its also "localhost:81",
My website is uploaded to Yahoo which is my website hosting provider
I have ftp uploaded the webforms to
mywebsite.com\webform\
I also have copied the webforms to
C:\Program Files\vtigercrm5\webform\
I went to my site xxx:// mywebsite.com/webform/contact/index.php
the form comes up
I fill it in and submit
a new window comes up saying " Home"
and thats ALL. Nothing happens. NO Contact appears in Vtiger ?
Following the webform manual, then new contact should appear in the contact list of vtiger.
What are I am doing wrong?
Thank you for your help
have a nice day All of you

Hi Martin,
Make sure your vtiger CRM server is accessible online.
When you upload webforms in your yahoo site. In the config.php of webforms you have to set the Server Path like: 'http://yourserver.com/vtiger'
Hope you got the idea.

Prasad
