Kann mich nach Installation nicht einloggen

MySQL 5.0.51a
PHP 5.2.5 + PHP 4.4.8 + PEAR
Apache 2.2.8
vtigercrm 5.0.4


Hallo,
habe heute das vtigercrm 5.0.4 installiert. Die Installation verlief problemlos!
Nach der Installation habe ich vtiger im neuen Browser aufgerufen aber nach dem Login (admin/admin) kommt die Meldung:

Code:  You must specify a valid username and password.

Die Tabellen scheinen alle angelegt aber es sieht so aus als wären die leer!

Was kann das sein???
