I tried the Outlook plugin for the 5.0.4 on a machine running Xp Pro, without any problem. I tried to install it on Windows Vista, and there, I have an erroe message saying it's impossible to register a dll. Of course, I user the administrator account to do this.
The result is that the plugin seems to be installed, but I can't login to my Vtiger site.
Is there a way to do ? |

I Have the same problem. I already register manually de dll´s but no login.
Can someone help? |

Hi there,
Has any solution been found for this? I'm also experiencing the same problem which means that when I go to Outlook, Tools, Options, there's no tab for vtiger and I can't therefore configure the vtiger server.
Is there a workaround?

i Already solve the problem.
HAve your registered manually the dll´s?
have you granted full access to the your files in vtiger/outlook ?
If dont do it i will work? |

I had the same issue.
But, I have recently added SP1 to my vista installation and although I got the error message about registering dlls - I am connected to my vtiger and busy synching like mad!
So upgrade to SP1 - it is actually worth it. Slightly better performance.
