Hi,

This is one strange problem. I am running 5.0.3 server. I tried to install outlook plugin 5.0.3 on windows XP + Office 2003. This only happened to one computer.

After installation, there is no vtiger toolbar. The plug in is indeed installed. I can see in the add/remove programs, and if I try to run the installation program again, it asks me if I want to uninstall it.

I tried to register all the dlls found in Regdll_log.txt. Did not help.

Please help.

found it myself.
stop outlook
run regedit
HKCU->Software->Microsoft->Office->Outlook->Resiliency->DisabledItems

Rename DisabledItems to DisabledItems.1
start outlook

the bar is back.
