Hi all,

we're using vtiger v5.0.3.
Inspite of having set "Support Start Notification" to inactive, vtiger sends an email to the customer contact of the new created ticket.

Even changing "Email Opt Out" anyway doesn't show any effect :(

Did anyone succeed in stopping this service?
