When I try to create a New User, I enter the data and click save it goes to next page..at the bottom it says done but the user name does not appear in the list. Also no error message is displayed. Can any one help me. If I knwo the error message we can handle it probably.
Also when I try to open logs/vtigercrm.log, I get an message " Critical Error" and "550 Can't open vtigercrm.log: Permission denied". I would appreciate if someone could help me please.

Hi Raj,
Make sure directories namely, user_privileges, logs etc... have write access enabled.
