Could someone please tell me which template should I edit (and which part of it) to make this work:
1) Make a "phone number" field in Leads List View, a link like this:
Code: <a href="callto:$telephone_number">$telephone_number</a>
?
2) Make it also happen in template showing details about lead.
PS. Thanks to it I can by one click dial with my VOIP program.
PS2. Since many companies use voip programs - it would be nice to add an option to vtiger, so that by one click all phone number fields are becoming callto: links. |

Sorry for the late reply, but I just joined the vtiger community and saw this post while looking over the forums. There is a little utility that is over at the info@hand site that allows a phone number to be a "click-to-dial" number via Asterisk, Skype or X-Lite. Go to ===> http://www.infoathand.com/iah_pbx.html
and you can read up on it and download, if you like. It requires Firefox as your browser as it's a browser add-on.
