Hi,
I know I have answered this before but I don't remember where.
The idea is to be able to associate to each trouble ticket events with time and material used by different users that are working on that ticket and then be able to convert those time&material directly into Sales Orders.

Hi,
This extension works under windows with no problem. We have installed it for various clients under windows.
I suppose what you mean is that you don't know how to apply a patch file under windows. But that is just a thought since your message doesn't really state anything.

Ok, I've got TTTimeCards installed and functioning, but I do not have a "Time Cards" option in my "Support" menu. Any Ideas on whats causing this?

Hi,
It does not appear there. This extension only adds a new tab on the trouble tickets that permits you to associate time and materials to a ticket. To access any timecard you must be on a ticket, so we don't need a menu entry

On the demo it has a "Time Cards" option in the Support menu then when you click it, it opens up detail view of all the time cards that you can search & sort. How can I access this?
