paying support is ok, but for some EXTRA features or help, not for a standard installation of so called OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE

Shame on you for being so rude.

I find totally correct that you don't like or use this software, I even find correct that you expose your reasons and thoughts, but it is very bad to see that you try to impose those thoughts on the rest of us in such a scandalous and unrespectful way. Truth is that it looks like you are being paid by SugarCRM.
You are free to use this software or not, you are free to help the community or not you are even free to make all the noise you are making but there are a lot of us here that are working hard to make this product become something, vtiger team is in that group, you should at least show us respect.
You have sent 30 posts and they are almost all screaming and noise, if you have nothing to give to this community or product and it can't give you anything than take your bmw and drive away, we will keep driving around with our fiat. It'll take us were we want to go.

Good to know about your curiosity and expectations.

Personally I don't believe in arguing nor defending to win a position at this point.

Rather making an attempt to understand what is "not good" and
putting a honest effort in achieving the quality of "good" is something we believe in.

I appreciate you to have encouraging discussions with community members. Just voicing over will not be certainly useful.

What a nasty piece of work DGT is.

I'm still using 4.24 (v5 looks very powerful, but for some reason I just like the visual look of 4.24).

I've connected it to outlook 2007, Office, it all installed easily and I haven't paid a cent.

I can't imagine what other features DGT is going on about.
