Hi folkz,
i have been trying to setup Webmail in a totally fresh install on WinXP using Apache 2.2.x and PHP 5.2.1.
But as many others here i canīt get Webmail working with TLS on port 143 or SSL on port 993.
I have two mailservers where i can get all imap folders with in Thunderbird using TLS or SSL on the described ports. So they work.
But when i take these settings to vTiger Webmail or try anything else then NOTLS i get a blank page.
For those of you who have the same issue, you can only get rid of the blank page when you access the Database >>> vtiger_mail_accounts >>> and there change the entry to NOTLS in the "ssltype" field.
I know you have been working hard but it really is sad to know that the webmail is not working properly. Getting Webmail without any encryption is nothing one can recommend for customers. I hope there will be a solution soon. |
