If a user is not allowed to see the 'Active' checkbox when they create a new Product, the new Product is set to Inactive. This results in the Product not showing up in the 'Select Products' dialog in the 'Accounts Detail' page.

Can we get the default behaviour changed in 5.0.4 to set Products as Active no matter if the checkbox is shown or not?
