tried to user outlook plugin, downloaded from vtiger download area with my server 5.0.4.
plugin tells not compatible with my server.
is there an outlook plugin for 5.0.4. anywhere to download.
pleas help |

I am having the same problem. dowloaded outlook plugin 5.0.4 and i am currently running vtiger 5.0.4 but when try to log in i get three errors
1.Error while parsing response from VtigerCRM
2.Error while writing log message
3.Your outlook plug-in is not compatible with your vtiger server.
Please help!!!

Your outlook plug-in is not compatible with your vtiger server.
This message also appears if your login user name does not exist on vTiger server or if the password is wrong.
I already reported this bug here.
Additionally the username and the password are CaSeSeNsItIvE !!

I am having the "error while parsing a response from vtigercrm" part. I can login, well I assume I am logging in since I don't have any errors with that part.
But when I try to sync a contact it gives me that error. |
