When you are in Accounts you may create a new contact, but you may not select an existing contact. You have to go to Contacts, look up the contact, and then relate it to an Account. This is not logical. You should be able to relate the contact in the contact module or the account module.

Accounts should include a Select contact button, not just a create new contact button.
