I have display problems with special caracters like "ó, é", etc, on mi migrated 5.0.4 downloaded from svn last night,, and CustomerPortal 5.0.4-rc, if i change back the charset in portalconfig to ISO-8859-1, then the text is displayed correctly

my migration was painles zero errors..

any ideas?

this is not happening on clean install, so, i conclude that thus must be a problem with my custom code.
