Bonjour à tous,

Est-ce qu'il est possible de créer des rapports sur les tickets du type "Je veux connaître le temps moyen de réponse à un ticket" ?
Je n'ai pas trouvé cette fonctionnalité de base, je poursuis mes recherches...
