hi all,
we installed vtiger 5.0.3 and customer portal 5.0.3 .
we will create Customer Portal users..
But there is no any menu or option "Customer Portal Information" in account create section.
also ,there is no "Portal User" check box in account section.
whats wrong this version of 5.0.3?
how is get these portal user menu in vtiger crm?
how is activate "Portal User" check box for account section? |

Hi,
Customer portal access is given to a contact.
The check box is in the more information tab while adding a new contact.
If you want to give portal access to already existing contact, you can edit the contact and select the check box.
I have attached a screenshot of it.
