I would like to do a credit note with vtiger but i d'ont know how to do. Is there anyone who knows to reate a credit note with vtiger, please ? Thanks.

Hi Hang,
as some very experienced user suggested in the italian forum (see http://forums.vtiger.com/viewtopic.php?t=18290 ) you can deal with credit notes via a customization of the invoice module
feel free to ask for more details
