Hello Everybody

I am managing an online support service for several monthes with vtiger and customer portal, everything is ok untill now because only one person with an admin profile was answering tickets.

I would like that some others collaborators answer also to tickets but without having an admin profile.

When they connect to tickets management system, they do not see the column with TicketID.
I tried to create a custom view including ticketID in the first column but no way to obtain this column in the listing of available tickets without having an admin profile.

I looked in Profile and collaborators management system but I found nothnig to solve this problem.

It is very usefull for us to view the ticketID on each ticket on the listing view.

An idea ?
