Hi everybody
I'm up&running with VTiger, now I want to extend functionality with Customer Portal.
I have some Products already in my DB and some Contacts, too.
Is it possible to make a link between them? I mean, when the contact logs in into the CP, he can post tickets just for some of the products? If yes, how can I make him select those products from a drop-down list filled from the Products DB?
Can I make a relationship between Account, Contacts and their Products for them to ask for TechSupport?
