Dear list,

I have the following problem:
I would like to share Organisations between two users. We use Vtiger for seminar management, the seminar groups are listed as organisations, the seminar members are contacts assigned to organisations.

the problem is: a salesman will create the organisation/seminar group, and later the seminar teacher will add some information.

because of confusion (we have really lots of seminar groups) we want to show only relevant organisations to our teachers.

Is there a chance to give access permission to a user listed in a custom field? (I know about the groups, but we have lots of lots of teacher-salesman combinations).
so at which point I can modify vtiger to introduce another user to access accounts?
