Hello.
We are currently investigating if we could using vTiger as a back office system for Estate Agents (UK) and Realtors/Brokers (US). To this end I would like to setup a vTiger installation that we could demonstrate to prospective customers.
As vTiger stands it is a GREAT looking product, however I'd like to customise the fields/interface so it's aimed at Agents/Realtors prior to my demonstration.
Currently I'm not looking for any coding (although I probably will if we progress), I'm just interested in finding a vTiger integrator/installer who could configure vTiger so that it would be suitable to demonstrate to Agents/Realtors.
Obviously Agents/Realtors are interested in specific entities, including:
Property (houses, land, for sale or lease)
+Description
+Number and type of rooms
+Type
+Images
+Price
+Vendor
Vendors (People selling/leasing property)
+Name
+Address
+Contact Details
Buyers (People buying/renting property)
+Name
+Address
+Contact Details
+Requirements (i.e. type of property/number of bedrooms/max price etc)
+Properties they have viewed
+Properties they might view
+Do they have a property to sell
Invoices
+Vendor
+Amount
I'm not looking to put together a complete working system, just something to demonstrate that might create an interest.
Would anyone be willing to work with me on this? Here is what we are offering:
1. A clean install of vTiger 5.0.2 on a hosted server, obviously you will have the admin password, which we will pay for.
2. An initial US$350 consulting/setup fee (paid by paypal or credit card, or if you are in the UK or US a cheque drawn from a UK or US bank account).
If we generate enough interest in the market place then we would put together a proposal for a formal quote to see the project through to completion.
If you are interested in doing this for us, please post your contact details and a brief explaination as to why you think you would be suitable.
If you're interested in doing this but think $350 isn't enough, then let me know what you think is right. I'm happy to negotiate with someone of the right skill set who is interested in seeing this through.
Kind regards
James Wright
