Hi,

I'm trying to make the marketing campaign functionality work. Right now I can create a campaign, assign to a user, but I have no place to send this campaign. I was looking into another forum post and it showed some other 2 tabs that looks like has that functionality.

I'm using VTiger 5.02. How can I send the emails from the campaign ?

Hi,

This feature has recently been added to vtiger CRM 5.0.4.

vtiger CRM 5.0.4 RC is released. You can try out the feature over there.

The solution presented with the upcoming v5.0.4 is much more convenient but you can also send mass mails to campaign members with v5.0.3.:
- goto the Lead/Contact list view and create a custom view that includes all the contacts you want to have included in your campaign
- add this list to the campaign
- go back to the list view and make a mass mailing ro the contacts in your custom view

Consult the manual for a detailed description.

Can you provide me a link for this manual? I have looked for this on all over the VTiger site and so far what I have found does not give me detailed information of how things really works (the main reason of my posts on this forum).
