Our requirement is to tightly integrate existing OpenRealty website with CRM VTiger(preferably) or SugarCRM.
Existing OpenRealy website is listing properties from multiple countries and agents.

A fully content-managed and end-to-end CRM system, providing the following:

1. Multiple Listing Service; allowing agents to upload, edit and manage their property listing – by company and branch.
2. Project Showcase, allowing developers to (SIMPLY) add, edit and manage their off-plan units – by company and project.
3. Investor Service, allowing vendors to add, edit and manage their land and project investments.
4. Automatic SEO of property data.
5. Property search using a uniform eight-criterion (multi-layer) tool for seven different search types.
6. Customized ‘call-to-action’ forms and response management for twelve resource sections
7. Customized logged-in navigation/content for 13 different user types – Including: Member; Investor & Media (see 8 also).
8. Comprehensive CRM with access/reports for 10 different user types: Vendor; Agent Admin; Branch Admin; Developer Admin; Project Admin; Provider; Introducer; Franchisee; Company Admin & Super-Admin.

It will great to see sample of similar work done in past. More detailed brief will be provided to few shortlisted candidates for this job. Willing companies should be comfortable tweaking OpenRealty and VTiger to a good extent. Hosting supports php5 and for security reason this development must be done on php5+ version of OpenRealty and VTiger.
