Outlook Sync problem in Trad-Chinese (5.0.3)

Dear all,

I'm facing a problem on the Outlook 2000 Sync problem in Trad-Chinese.

No matter Outlook => vtiger, or vtiger => outlook, all chinese char. are not able to sync and store correctly, most likely change to "????" etc.

Anyone faced this kind of problem and any solution provided?
