Hi All,
We are in the process of trying to move vTiger from one server to another. Everything works, except for the export PDF function. When logged on to the console, it works fine, but when accessed from a PC, it gives either a "connection to the server was reset" (IE7) or "The source file could not be read (Firefox 2).
During the migration, we just copied all the PDF related files from the old server, but we can find no record in the .php files of the old server, and it works fine from the console.
Any assistance most gratefully received!

Sorry to bump, but does anyone have any idea what this issue might be? I'm thinking maybe file permissions but I can't find any docs that state what they should be.

| You probably already fixed this by now, but in our case, we had to turn off keepalives in Apache to fix this same issue. (If someone has a better solution for reconfiguring Apache that will also fix it, please post it.) |
