Hi I've seen that it's possable to show only the assigned tickets for each user.
But also that when the helpdesk tickets are opend, all tickets are shown.
What I would like to have is the possibility to :
1) Have an end-user log a ticket through the customer portal.
And that ticket is assigned directly to the assigned group or user of that end-user.
2) When loggin in the back office, the user only sees the tickets assigned to him/her or their group in every view possible.
Can someone help me to achieve this? |
