Hi,

I am trying to configure vtiger 5.02 on IIS. I am getting the following error

"Unable to connect to database Server. Invalid mySQL Connection Parameters specified"

But I am able to connect to the database successfully using MySQL administrator with the same parameters mentioned while configuring vtiger.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Hi d_m,

When configuring the database during vtiger installation try giving the following host name as:

localhost:3306 or
localhost:3307

If you don't have the database created yet, you need to enable the create database check box.
