Hello guys.

I've been browsing around for a CRM, my first knowledge was about SUGAR from a Trixbox epbx I installed in my small shop. But some people in the forums mentioned they like vtiger more, and I ended here.

My story.. I own a small humble, but good, drycleaning store, we do specialty work, some rich kid, got a franchise and opened two stores one infront and the second one a mile away. So I want to UP my game, change the way this business works, so we can kick some .... you get the idea...

I started by installing a epbx (trixbox) so the business looks/sounds more professional and have a lady taking in orders and sending the driver to the pickups, this is being done by hand, and cross referenced at closing time with what he should have picked up and what did in fact came in.

So I thought about using a CRM solution. I'm totally new to this, never used one. Don't know what can it really do

I'm interested in ideas or suggestions on how to use or implement this software. I can install a server (I'm "computer saavy" did my trixbox and ip phones)
Would you care to share some ideas on how would you use vtiger on a Drycleanin business? Would I import clients from the POS sql?
Take phone pickup orders in it? open "leads" ? remember the driver of the clients he is leaving un attended?

all comments and suggestions are welcomed, I'm struggling but I'm willing to fight back.
thanks in advanced. 8)
