Hi all,
Currently I'm on Sugercrm, and I would like to move over to vtigercrm. But I've noticed a few things that are making me hesitate. In Sugarcrm, there is an outlook plug-in that lets me archive emails to accounts (as well as create an account task etc) and not just contacts. Why is it like this in vtiger. I would prefer to archive mails etc, to more that just contacts. Are there plans in the future for more options with the outlook plugin?
