| how to provide sharing access so that the users( Non admin users ) can not delete the contacts and trouble tickets becuse i am not able to do this after giving sharing access in read only mode |

Hi,
Create a profile for all non-admin users and associate that profile with the non-admin users.
For this profile, Under Settings for each module -> disable delete access for Contacts and Trouble tickets modules.
Try this and let me know if this doesn't meet your requirement. |
