| You may use the description field of a task to add your comments to the task after finished. That also applies to events. |

As a temporary solution or compromise could be a way but it is not very proffesional to do so. The use of this notes could be to leave a feedback about this task to the Team Leader or Sales Manager, and he shall not open each and every task to check if there is any remarks within the description field. |
