| There exist no possibility to change a Lead to Potencial or Account so that the user has to do this manually. This means first printing a hardcopy from the data then going to Potential and introduce manually all information again. This is very unconfortable and unnecessary. |

| Sure, you can convert a lead to potentials, accounts and contacts. Just push the conversion button at a leads detail view. Please consult the manual for further instructions. |
