Hi all.
I just recently started using Vtiger and so far, it has been a good overall experience.
I only have one question for the time being...
Is it possible to keep track, using the Thunderbird extension, not only of mails sent by leads/contacts but also mails sent to them via Thunderbird.
in other words... I would like to be able to continue using Thunderbird for my emails, but have a record of all emails exchanged with a certain lead or contact.
Is this possible? Is it a planned or existing feature?
Cheers,
P. |
