Hi All,
Wonder if someone can help or has come across this already. I have installed 4.2 along with the customer portal. The crm side works fine, but I can't seem to login to the customer portal.
The isntall structure was <fqdn>/crm (for the crm side of things and <fqdn>/crm/helpdesk for the customer portal. I edited the Portalconfig.php to reflect these directories (side question, in this file there is also proxy setting / username etc, what are they for??).
I then created a new user (atest) and a new contact (btest) and tried logging into the customer portal using both atest and btest (former using their ID and assigned password, the latter using the email address for the username and password)
Any ideas??? |

This version , you have to enter the password not mail address,
which are sent to contact email address when you make the contact as portal contact.
Try make a new contact whiose emailaddress is yours.and
complete the setting "outgoing mail server" in admin setting. |
