Hi:
I just installed Vtiger and can't login I did not change passwrods, and try used the default ones: login admin; pw admin.
Any idea of what is happening?

Could you let me know in detail what is happening after the installation?
1)Are you able to get the login page after the installation?
2)Did you get any error message after trying to login? |

Yes, and when I introduce admin as user name and password, and click on sign in, they disappear, I try again, and get the same result.
2)Did you get any error message after trying to login?
No error messages, the program starts w/o problems, but I can't log in.
Should I uninstall and install again?

Hi Norvik,
I suggest you to uninstall the already installed vtiger CRM and re install it.
And still the problem is persisting, kindly get back to me with immediate effect. |

I am having the same problem
Installed Vtiger 5.0.3 and when I get to the login page the default admin/admin doesn't work. (It says you must specify a valid username and password) I am using siteground to host the crm and the versions are:
PHp 5.0.5
MySQl 5.0.27
Also the installation does not produce any errors. (I have tried numerous times with new databases each time) One peculiar thing is the installer says it should take about 4 minutes but its done within seconds.
Can someone please help? |

When installing the setup jump the DB creation and population, without give errors, I'm gone to se DB with phpmyadmin and this is clean, without tables and data
How I can help more t osolve this problem? |

| the solution is to open a support ticket on siteground and they will install vtiger for free for you in 24 hours |
